Why this page exists
TinyTrail is operated from Japan. Japanese law (the Specified Commercial Transactions Act) requires sellers to publish certain information about the business and the terms of paid services. This page exists to satisfy that requirement.
Even if you're outside Japan, this information remains relevant — it identifies the seller you're transacting with and the conditions under which paid plans are offered.

What we sell
TinyTrail ("the Service") is a web service that provides the hobby-type quiz, the 7-day plan, today's mission, ongoing companionship from an AI trainer, an activity log, and a low-pressure community.
Plans
- Free: the quiz, the result, the 7-day plan, and today's 1-minute mission.
- 30-day plan: a one-time purchase that grants 30 days of missions and continuation guidance.
- Plus: ongoing AI trainer use, the monthly plan, the activity log, and community posting/viewing.

The yearly estimate assumes you do not cancel Plus and remain subscribed for 12 months. The 30-day plan does not auto-renew. Plus has no minimum term, so your actual total depends on how long you stay subscribed.
If a first-month discount or limited-time campaign applies, the signup screen explicitly shows the introductory price, when the regular price kicks in, and the conditions.
USD pricing is indicative — provided for overseas demand validation. Final pricing at launch may differ.

Other fees you may incur
- Internet connection and data fees incurred while using the Service are your responsibility.
- Purchases of products referenced in the Service (e.g., affiliate items) are paid directly to those third-party sellers under their terms and are not part of the Service fee.
Payment method and timing
Payment method
Credit card via Stripe (planned). Supported card brands are shown on the checkout screen.
Timing
- 30-day plan: charged once at purchase.
- First Plus charge: at Plus signup.
- Subsequent: automatically on each monthly renewal date.
Service delivery timing
Once payment is confirmed, the 30-day plan or Plus features are available immediately. If payment processing takes longer, access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
How to cancel
Cancel the Plus subscription anytime — online, instantly, at no extra cost — from "Subscription" in the settings screen after logging in. Both signup and cancellation are completed through the same web flow.
We don't accept cancellation by phone or email. If you can't complete cancellation through the web, contact us via Contact.
After cancellation, Plus features remain available through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Given the digital nature of the Service, refunds (including prorated refunds) are not provided as a rule for 30-day plan purchases or Plus billings. We may handle individual cases for serious operator faults or where required by law.
Returns and cancellations (refund policy)
The Service is a non-tangible digital service, so there are no returns. If you want to cancel after a Plus signup, see "How to cancel" above.
Liability for defects
If the Service has a material defect that diverges from what was offered, we'll respond within reason under Japanese contract-defect liability — by fixing the defect, extending the usage period, refunding the equivalent fee for the affected period, or another method we deem appropriate.
We may not be responsible for issues caused by your environment or for outages caused by temporary failures in external services (AI providers, payment processors).
Supported environments
We recommend using the Service in:
- The latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge
- An environment with JavaScript and cookies enabled
- A stable internet connection
In other environments, the layout may not render correctly and some features may be limited.
